Metro-Scape at The Repp

Hal Rose - tenor sax, and Randy Powers - trumpet and flugel horn were joined by Gary Barnes filling in for Troy Kendrick on the bass, Jon Reingold filling in for Jed Moffit on keyboards and Wayne Porter filling in for Glen Thilman on drums for a night of great entertainment and music at the Repp Restaraunt in Snohomish, WA.

About the Recording

Recorded using Adobe Audition 3.0 on a dedicated, pentium dual-core 2.0 GHz processor, Vista 32-bit, Gateway laptop with a Fast-Track Ultra interface.

Trumpet was recorded with a Shure SM-18, sax recorded using a Blue Bird mic, bass was a direct line in, keyboard amp recorded with a Rode NT-5. Drums were recorded using an AKG 414 C

Recording was live at the Repp Jan 15, 2010 and mastered between Jan 17 and 19th.
